I hate glamorizing over-working. It’s not healthy. The fact that there are so many people going without sleep, food, personal hygiene (not to mention time for relaxation, personal time, and socialization, which are very necessary for mental health) just to stay afloat is not something to be celebrated or applauded. It’s a problem, not a goal that all good employees should aspire to, or a norm everyone should be expected to perform.

For a society that constantly preaches about how important protecting the environment and being kind to animals is, we sure do love to treat vegans like shit and argue against veganism as much as possible.

The issues with Jeffree Star aren’t just about him being “problematic” and it’s not just “drama.” Calling out someone for being a racist isn’t a “personal issue.” Honestly, if you only care about the fact that his logo was stolen (which has been paid for now) and you do not care about the fact that he literally threatened a black beauty blogger by saying he would “beat [her] to the motherfucking ground” (like… what the actual fuck!), that he poses with people in blackface, or that he made a video where he yells at people of color on the streets calling them “poor Mexicans,” “apes,” and using the n-word: You are the problem!

I cannot handle to see people reblogging trying to say, “oh it’s just drama, it doesn’t matter!” If you are saying you are not racist, that you want racism to end, and that you do not believe in racism, you need to also stand up and say to Jeffree Star: “Your racist behavior is unacceptable and until you make amends for it, apologize, and unlearn your racism I will not support you.”

Even if these were the best liquid lipsticks on the face of the planet and they were only $5, you do not NEED to support him. You do not NEED to help fuel his never-ending thirst for leather purses & shoes, lol. We already say no to many things because we find them immoral as vegans. I promise you, you can do it. In the end, we will all make our own decisions, but please do not diminish the importance of speaking out against racists/violent people.

Honestly the shaming of girls for having “boring missionary sex” or whatever is so messy… girls are constantly pressured into doing things they don’t want to by virtue of tastes shifting to more ‘kinky’ due to a disgustingly pornified culture and there’s nothing wrong at all with wanting sex with someone to be just about intimacy and closeness…

i agree with this 100% making fun of others’ sex lives is in poor taste and honestly if you’re doing that who gave you the right??? keep in mind tho in western Christian cultures, missionary as a form of sex was promoted and used by men as a proper way to instill dominance over women for years

also the idea that some sex is purer than other sex is harmful in and of itself so honestly have sex how u want but “man on top” is not the only way to be intimate

…If you have to trash another group to get your uplifting/inclusive/positive message across, you’re doing it wrong. Bashing kinky people is unnecessary. Implying that people who are into kink are incapable of showing intimacy or closeness is fucking gross

That’s not the point of the post…The point of the post is that I know countless women who have had men come on their faces without asking, attempt to be deepthroated without asking, slapped their asses without asking, and due to porn that’s becoming so normalized that women think they HAVE to like these things, or they’re a prude or bad at sex or having boring sex… When women feel they HAVE to perform sex like a pornstar or they’re not satisfactory sexual partners, there is a problem. Also, being critical of kink and considering why certain kinks exist isn’t “kink shaming”, it literally doesn’t hurt anybody, you’re not oppressed because you like to call your boyfriend daddy. Sex doesn’t not exist in a vacuum separate from social and political thought- as much as people might like to pretend it does- and you are not exempt from criticism because you like something.

australia has had a grand total of zero mass shootings since gun laws were reformed after a massacre in 1996.  that’s twenty fucking years with absolutely ZERO mass shootings.  how can you be THICK enough to think that a change in gun laws won’t be effective? what’s it going to take?
